The Holographic Universe-Linked Article With Lots Of References

The deeper one gets into searching what is going on, the more the holographic nature of this world becomes evident. So then is all of nature, the universe, creation a fractal/hologram, or are we in some kind of prison?

I mean, if we cant get out of this hologram and see whats on the other side, or at least comprehend what is really going on, then we really are in a tricky situation. The only material that I have come across that give practical methods/tools and a path to follow, are the teachings of Jesus Christ and the writings of Carlos Castaneda and David Bohm.

 There are other philosophies and religions that teach similar stuff I have found, but nothing in a clear and practical way as the above mentioned sources.
